An astonishing percentage of consumer and industrial goods are shipped in corrugated containers, with a wide range of goods, from fruit to major appliances to large industrial parts. Often referred to as “cardboard” or “brown box,” this “brown box” is the backbone of the corrugated industry.
Its versatility, durability and functionality make corrugated the logical choice for many packaging needs. Whether your product is small, heavy, fragile, simple, complex, or needs to be attractively displayed for the retail market, corrugated packaging can be your solution of choice.

Depending on the construction and design, corrugated board can be engineered with specific properties to match a wide variety of applications. Some of the applications could involve flow-able, granular or loose bulk products and even hazardous materials. It is also used to ship liquids and fresh foods, with the addition of removable plastic or waxed liners which serve as moisture barriers.
Corrugated fiberboard has three main components: the outer and inner linerboard and the medium. Linerboard or Liners are the outer flat sheets of puncture resistant paper, sandwiching a central ‘filling’ of corrugated short fiber paper, known as the medium, or fluted paper). The medium (fluting) is glued between the liners. This sandwich-type construction is what gives corrugated board its structural strength, optimum rigidity and superior cushioning qualities.
Linerboard - there are three options available: single-wall, double-wall and triple-wall, each of which can be manufactured in a variety of weights and thicknesses.
Medium/Flute – Common flute sizes are "A", "B", "C", "E" and "F" (or microflute).

Corrugated is the only rigid shipping container and packaging medium that can be cut and folded into an endless variety of shapes and sizes, which accommodates a wide range of printing options to support the end-use requirement. Corrugated can be direct printed in the plant or manufactured with high-resolution color graphics.
And…we saved the best for last…corrugated is Earth friendly! Corrugated board is made from a natural, renewable resource. Not only is corrugated recyclable, but it can also be pulped down to make more paper for more board once its intended life has come to an end. And the good news doesn’t stop there. The use of corrugated constructions with high performance linerboard has led to a reduction in basis weight and a significant source reduction of raw materials.

Sad, but true, we may not be a good fit for some, and some may not be a good fit for us. We accept this and work even harder to be great in areas where we know our products and services will be most effective for all involved parties. We like to think of it as a 'win-win-win situation', whereas the supplier, customer, and end user all benefit.
With that in mind, please know, that as a custom packaging firm, certain minimum quantities must be respected. The minimum quantity will depend on the particular product. By all means, however, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
