Art Work Specifications
- Number of spot colors: 6 (3 in-line & 3 off-line)
- Print Process: FLEXO
- Minimum point size type preferred: 8PT (6PT depending upon font)
- Line Screen: 65 to 85 LPI
- Color separation: SPOT PMS colors preferred, or RGB over CMYK
- Trap Spec: 1/32” (2.25PT) or split the keyline
- Dieline Bleed Spec: 125” / 9PT preferred ~ (minimum 0.15625” / 1.125PT)
- UPC Spec: 100 Min. Mag, .004 BWR
- Special Requirements: No STEP and repeat involved
- Process Images: Photoshop.eps resolution 300 DPI at actual size. Either .eps or .tif files, no .jpg
- Hard Copies: Prefer all hard copies sent on CD-Rom
- Prefer all artwork be built using Macintosh, but can accept files built with IBM compatibles
- Prefer artwork in which Adobe Illustrator (.ai) was used, but we can accept files of either Free-Hand or Quark-Xpress. (Please outline the type in Illustrator)
Minimum Order Quantity Guidelines
Sad, but true, we may not be a good fit for some, and some may not be a good fit for us. We accept this and work even harder to be great in areas where we know our products and services will be most effective for all involved parties. We like to think of it as a 'win-win-win situation', whereas the supplier, customer, and end user all benefit.
With that in mind, please know, that as a custom packaging firm, certain minimum quantities must be respected. The minimum quantity will depend on the particular product. By all means, however, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
