Pasted Valve (PVSE)
These bags are designed with two features in mind. First, the bags are fast to fill, and the second, the bags do not require a closing operation. Both ends of this style bag are stepped and factory pasted, leaving a small opening in one of the corners where a valve or sleeve is inserted mechanically for filling.
These bags are available with internal self-closing valves, external manually closed valves, or ultrasonic sealing. Valve bags are known for having higher production rates. These bags can be printed on both ends, and once filled, the squared-out package stacks and palletizes well.
This style bag is one of the most common in the multi-wall bag market, and although PVSE is used for numerous products (except those with significant density fluctuation), it is not completely sift proof.

Sad, but true, we may not be a good fit for some, and some may not be a good fit for us. With that in mind, please know, that as a custom packaging firm, certain minimum quantities must be respected. The minimum quantity will depend on the particular product. By all means, however, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
