With customer satisfaction in mind, Commercial Packaging aims to cultivate relationships with production groups who have strong and mature quality assurance systems in place. Our partners are comprised of highly qualified officers who adhere to strict testing guidelines as set forth in the companies’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Our manufacturing partners are on board with our quality commitment to consistently produce the same caliber of product the first time, every time, without error. In an effort to fulfill this commitment, we have set domestic and international standards with our alliances.
Our quest is to seek out accredited alliances with a fully integrated production system, along with properly trained employees who are held accountable for the quality of the products they produce.
Our over-riding goal is to utilize total quality management to assess the structure, performance and overall quality of our packaging, processes and service we offer. To attain this goal, our preffered partners have the ability to substantiate quality products with the use of the latest "made-to-measure" equipment and facilities.

Our quality program isn’t just about package structure, integrity and success in the field. Commercial Packaging’s quality program also entails the human-factor. If there is a dissatisfied customer, as a result of a service-related matter, this too would be deemed a quality issue. Minimum Order Quantity Guidelines
Sad, but true, we may not be a good fit for some, and some may not be a good fit for us. We accept this and work even harder to be great in areas where we know our products and services will be most effective for all involved parties. We like to think of it as a 'win-win-win situation', whereas the supplier, customer, and end user all benefit.
With that in mind, please know, that as a custom packaging firm, certain minimum quantities must be respected. The minimum quantity will depend on the particular product. By all means, however, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
